Sileby too strong for relegated firsts

A good spell of bowling by Ben Taylor, 300 seasons runs for skipper Thorpey 64 runs for Gaz 3 wickets and 21 runs for Ash were the highlights of a typical end of season match on a pleasant autumn day. Although the season ends with a defeat it is not all gloom and doom with the Countesthorpe production line of juniors looking to make the big step into first team cricket next season. Decent winter practice should ensure a successful season next year.
