Joe takes "fiefer" but batting fails

The Langtons batting set off at a pace with 50 arriving in the 8th over, however young Joe Hawker started to get amongst the wickets having Badahwal caught behind and Boriywal held off a skyer by Tommy. Zuber was bowled and Zakir was caught at slip by a diving Toony. Not to be outdone Craig nipped out Manga, snaffled at slip by Ben then Bapu missed a straight one.

Toony joined the attack and kept runs to a premium. Dukenwala eventually cutting to Tommy at point who held on. Vahora had a couple of lives and with Mai added 47 taking Langtons to a defendable score Sajid added precious runs from number 11 as Langtons posted 181 however as they were dismissed in the 38th over C'thorpe gained an extra 7 overs, Joe finished with 5-78 and Toony 3-18

Gaz and Ben took the score to 49 without too much difficulty, however that was the end of the accomplished batting. 6 wickets fell for 10 runs as the heart of the batting was destroyed. Thorpey dug in and with support from Toony helped the score limp past 100 however another collapse and Langtons celebrated a 77 run victory.
