The Club is delighted to confirm that we will be hosting an ECB Support Coach course for our members to join. The programme has been designed to give learners the knowledge, skills and confidence to support qualified coaches and enhance player experience.

An ECB Support Coach is not qualified to lead coaching sessions independently and therefore must be supervised by a qualified cricket coach. However, with more and more juniors joining the Niffy, this course is perfect for any parents, and for any of our members 16 years old and over to take the first step into coaching.

This Course normally costs £40.00 however the course is absolutely FREE. All we are asking as a Club is that you consider this and if you do the course, look to help the coaches out at the sessions.

Programme structure
The programme consists of three modules in total. Two e-learning modules are integrated with one face-to-face module.

Module 1 – Introducing ECB Support Coach (on line)
Module 2 – Supporting coaching (on line)
Module 3 – Being an ECB Support Coach (face to face)

The face to face module will be hosted at the Club on 18th August 2021 between 6:00pm – 9:00pm.
